Baildon Golf Club
Baildon Golf Club boasts a stunning 18 hole moorland course with views over Ilkley moor the Yorkshire Dales and beyond. The course was originally designed by James Braid (5 time Open Champion). Their signature 2nd hole is one that is talked about after many a round in the 19th.
The course mostly unchanged from its original design has been home to many fine players from Ryder Cup players to Senior Tour players.
Their aim is to make every member as welcome as possible and actively promote formats of golf where it is easy to meet new people in a friendly and fun atmosphere regardless of ability.
Their clubhouse is set in the idyllic scenery on the edge of Baildon moor. It has a spacious open bar, lounge and dining area. A quiet snug area, a ladies lounge and spacious 19th with a snooker table. This makes the clubhouse a very versatile space to enjoy all occasions in.
The clubhouse is available to hire free of charge and can cater for a wide range of functions. Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Christenings, Funerals and Meetings.
