Denbigh Golf Club

If you are looking for a prized hidden gem in the heart of the rolling Welsh countryside, then look no further than Denbigh.

Founded in 1908, the club was originally had nine holes and was located at Ystrad, where it gained the nickname Cas Tros Ffordd (the field over the road).

A subsequent move meant that the club now finds itself at Denbigh, and the course is one that serves wonderfully as a place for visitors and societies.

The magnificent parkland is situated 10 miles off the A55 expressway, within one hour's drive of Chester, the Wirral and Shrewsbury.

The course itself offers 18 challenging holes of golf together with a magical 5,500 yard walk through mature woodland with views down the Vale of Clywd to the coast.

Added to that, the clubhouse has an excellent selection of food and drink and makes for an ideal place for players to relax following their round. We are confident that our combination of mountain views, great food, guest beers and not too testing golf will make you want to come to Denbigh again and again.
