Kemnay Golf Club

Kemnay Golf Club was established in 1908. Situated in the heart of Rural Aberdeenshire, the course provides spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. This well-maintained and challenging parkland course measures some 6375 yards and has a par of 71. After their game, members and visitors may relax in the comfortable new clubhouse and enjoy a delicious, freshly cooked meal and refreshments. The course presents golfers of all standards with a set of unique challenges testing both power and placement. The course is beautifully presented with manicured and subtly contoured greens set against a backdrop of beautiful Aberdeenshire scenery. Until 1987 the course comprised a short 9-hole layout at which point the purchase of an additional sixteen acres of adjoining land allowed a the formation of an extended 9-hole course. A further purchase of farm and forestry land allowed the course to be extended to 18 holes. A further 26 acres of farm land was obtained in 1997 which resulted in the current layout as shown here.
