Lewes Golf Club

SET atop the South Downs overlooking the town of Lewes, this superb course offers magnificent views of the surrounding countryside.
With an underlying chalk base the course has excellent drainage and is renowned as having some of the very best greens in the region. It is especially worth a visit during the autumn and winter months as it is always in fine condition and rarely has to use temporary greens or tees.
With many holes playing uphill it offers a fairly stern physical challenge, but buggies are readily available and are worth considering.
