You score should be made over the par-36 front nine, which has two par 5s and two par 3s. The par-34 back nine has no longer holes and so accuracy is the key for picking-up shots on the way home. PlayGolf Colchester can also boast a second nine-hole academy course, with holes ranging from 60 to 90-yards, ideal for the beginner or those just looking to fine-tune their wedge play. Also on-site is one of Essex’s biggest American Golf stores, offering a try before you buy service on the club’s driving range and custom fitting bay. The store is open seven days a week, from 7:30am – 9:00pm during the week and 7:00am – 7:00pm at weekends.
