Pontypool Golf Club

ESTABLISHED in 1903, Pontypool is a perfectly sculpted parkland layout situated above the town which affords beautiful views of the Eastern Valley and across the Bristol Channel. The course is overlooked by the Folly Tower, a local landmark which was pulled down during the war to prevent German bombers using it to locate the Ordnance factory, but was rebuilt in 1994 and opened by Prince Charles.
Situated in this idyllic setting, Pontypool is a course with plenty of character and it provides a perfect day out for golfers of all standards.
