Sale Golf Club

Sale Golf Club, founded in 1913, is a well established parkland course with a standard scratch of 70. The Clubhouse, the lodge of Sale Old Hall Circa 1830, is steeped in tradition and has a well-earned reputation for good food and hospitality. Famous for our \\\'Open Champion\\\', Richard Burton, who was the last \\\'Club Professional\\\' to win the Open Championship, we have been home to many great golfers including Joanne Morley, currently on the Ladies professional circuit. Embarking on a ten year ecology programme and being situated next to Trafford Water Sports Centre, there has been a great increase in the bird and wildlife population on the course. Taken altogether we offer an excellent golf package.
