Situated on the outskirts of Wolverhampton close to Jct 2 of the M54, Oxley Park is the ideal base for any social or corporate golfing break in the West Midlands. The club offers excellent bar and catering facilities which provide anything from pre-round snacks to buffet and evening meal options, while room hire is available to cater for a variety of events and functions. A well-stocked pro shop is also available on site, stocking the likes of Ping, Galvin Green and Footjoy. A range of sweaters with the club logo on are on sale in a range of styles and colours. Despite these features, the main attraction is the 6,200-yard Harry Colt design championship course.

The par-71 parkland layout is set on undulating terrain and features over 80 bunkers. The course also boasts narrow, tree-lined fairways which really test the accuracy of your driving. While there are many challenging holes, the eighth is generally regarded as the toughest on the course. Measuring 443 yards, the stroke index one par-four features out of bounds down the right and a water hazard at driving distance. The stroke index two 18th is another stern test and could see your round come to grief. When not playing alongside a member, a round on the course will set you back £40, but members' guests can enjoy 18 holes for just £15. Junior rounds never exceed £15, ensuring a cheap day of golf for everyone. The club celebrates its centenary this year and is planning a range of events to mark the occasion.
