Situated in Sheffield, this course makes for a fantastic day out for players of all abilities.
Measuring at 6,134 yards off the white tees, this may not be the longest course you will ever play on, but don’t let that fool you – this par 71 will thoroughly test all part of your game.
The front nine holes of the Renishaw Park are set in the parkland adjoining Renishaw Hall.
This makes for stunning views along with tricky hazards, as almost every hole is lined with tree’s that will take no prisoners. Accuracy from the tee is vital to scoring well here.
Four par 5s allow you to open your shoulders and try for some birdies. With green fees being very competitive for the area, this course is certainly worth a day out.The back nine holes go across the road alongside the River Rother. The course certainly opens up a bit more on the back 9 and with four par 5s it is crucial you are ready to open up your shoulders and hit some huge drives. A round here is certainly one of two halves and all aspects of your game will be given a serious work out. The front nine has six par 4s and three par 3s and you have to stay accurate and ensure your short game is on song. Four par 5s allow you to open your shoulders and try for some birdies. With green fees being very competitive for the area, this course is certainly worth a day out.
