Unless one is a member of the club or visits as part of a society of 8 or more, Leckford will take special permission to play. This process may seem like an unnecessary hinderance not worth pursuing, but this attitude would be mistaken. Leckford Old is an exceptional design. One may even venture to say that it would take a month's worth of Sundays to find a better set of Colt greens.
