A beautiful, peaceful heathland with a championship layout. Many challenging holes with a couple of short opportunities. Good mix of par 3s. Generous fairways but made more challenging by the cambers. Big, challenging greens, with plenty of slopes but no gimmicks (except the 16th), but the 16th is possibly the best hole. Eminently enjoyable despite its challenging nature!
