Huge oversized bunkers, great condition, a parkland haven amongst the famous St Andrews links, well worth playing

A strong test of heathland golf. Wide fairways, but vast, "sand blasted" bunkers collect most errant shots.

Fantastically presented true championship course. Every hole has character and gives the golfer something to think about. Great looking rugged bunkers which contrast excellently with the wispy rough.

Tim Liddy's bunker renovations and rerouting helped a lot - great views.
