The course flows fairly well with a few odd tee crossing areas. The greens are in very good condition and bunkers are presentable. It lacks definition in terms of rough/1st cut and the course furniture is a little inconsistent, as are path materials. The Glen makes good use of the land available and the routing is decent. The green shapes are fairly mundane with 3-4 nice ones, and bunkers are featureless and uninspring. Low lying fairway bunkers are hard to spot and need sexing up. Overall a nicely presented course, I would pay £30 for. Views are stunning, with a mark knocked off for the views inland to caravan park. The Glen is a good, honest, local members' club with 2-3 stand out holes - I would travel 30 mins to play max.
