Trevose has a fantastic atmosphere from the moment you arrive, with a cool beachy country club style vibe throughout the club. The course itself is superbly laid out, with everything seemingly right there in front of you. It’s strategic, enjoyable and wonderfully natural, making for a hugely satisfying round of golf.

On a summer evening the terrace at Trevose feels like a huge party for golfers and guests of the club that return with families year after year. The golf course spills out below you like Seminole or Muirfield, every hole in view and the Atlantic beyond. M&E have elevated the bunkering and green surrounds and sites, it is a golfers golf course that never dips in quality, and quiet respite from the rock and roll at Perran, West Cornwall and St Es. Sneaky good half way house to boot.

It is easy to overlook the lovely terrain and quiet beauty of the setting; in truth, few courses can match Trevose in this regard. Trevose hits a lot of high notes while retaining a customer friendly atmosphere.

The golf course is well presented, with enjoyable links. Good mix of holes, tough finish.
