Welcome to the NCG Top 100s list of the best resorts in Great Britain & Ireland.

The history of golf began in Scotland in the 15th Century, at the 'Home of Golf' - St Andrews. It might not surprise you, that there are plenty of incredible golfing venues north of the border, while there are also some incredible resorts in Wales and Ireland, along with England.

Venues such as Gleneagles, Celtic Manor, the K Club and The Belfry have played host to the Ryder Cup in their history, while there are plenty of other venues who have hosted international events. The likes of Mount Juliet, Dundonald and Close House have been venues for the DP World Tour in recent years.

The list we have put together showcases resorts aimed at different clientele along with golfers. Some have glorious spas, others are a great place for meetings, while some are the perfect spot for a getaway. All of them though, have incredible golfing facilities.

Our list of resorts range from having one course all the way up to three courses, while some have hotels and others have apartments. There is something for everyone on the NCG Top 100s: GB&I Resorts list, no matter where you might fancy going on your next golf trip!
